In January 2009 we analyzed ERP segment. Our analysis resulted in our decision to move into SaaS segment - a kind of Tesco store for IT - ONE STOP SUPPLIER - We would like to offer worldwide connectivity with all required hardware, software and consultants speaking multiple languages. In the middle of 2009 we started development of the platform, which is currently being tested in prototype version and will require further migration to .NET RIA and our vision is to build user interface in DMZ zone with application server in internal zone - this configuration should resolve response issues of current .NET application(s) as well as prepare platform for final SaaS hosting of applications. The platform is .NET based, independent from Java. The platform combines the best in class capabilities of user interface - functional rich like ©Infor LN and user friendly like ©Microsoft Dynamics AX. Our aim during the design was to provide the platform suitable for SaaS hosting for mixed Infor LN and Microsoft Dynamics AX environments (Specialy in multicompany environments) with option for users to receive support directly in forms through web interface. With finished concept we will be able to transform current Windows applications to WEB platform keeping similar functionality like windows applications - no changing windows/pages - we have application with multilevel grids able to keep state always like windows application - including maintenance of data, full automatic data/data type validation, own designed parallel AJAX and non-AJAX pages processing with sending instructions between parallel pages - file uploads directly in fields without changing the state, .NET PDF reporting and many other nice features such as preparing a possibility to connect to any data source (ERP etc.) with configurable isolation level, with a possibility to represent existing data in different format - multilevel grids - For example Sales Order Header which can be expanded to lower levels such as lines, deliveries in one place, dash boards, multi-main table forms... We have also prepared concept for Visifire integration and data-cubes building with data-cubes Browser in dimensions and Visifire reporting. Further the application is integrated into ©Microsoft Windows Active directory, supports multi-company / multi-site centralized environment and 100% data is stored in the database including attachments, user authorizations on application level and user defauls etc. and supporting also free versions of ©Microsoft SQL server 2008 and higher.
We have also concept of the application integration with ©Microsoft Sharepoint 2010+ which will provide another bonus features:

- Compliance and Approval Process
- Workflow
- Reports Archiving

We have also ready own designed remote customer monitoring/maintanance software with capabilities to collect all information from customer servers, computers and notify multiple lists of people, fully configurable with many filters and splitters capable not only to monitor, but also to automate tasks such as directories cleanups with compressions/backup features, configurable archiving retentions and many other features providing everything you need to support remote customer. The software is working with major databases like ©Informix, ©Oracle, ©Microsoft SQL server and it is designed for Windows platforms.

We are currently completely remotely outsourcing ERP for a big international company and we cover and support their ERP systems across all EU and USA.

We invested so far 250.000€ + in costs into our products in the research, analysis, design and development. We are ready to apply for international copyrights on all products for source code and visual appearance ( Visual Art ) and patent design/approach if applicable. We are looking for an investor to continue further with the development and bringing SaaS data center into real life.
